I cannot control who sells my previous publications, and I cannot even control who displays certain previous written work of mine online (especially in cases in which they had obtained a legal right to my intellectual property). This in no way implies an endorsement on my part of all that I have previously written. I will do my best to publicly display at this website that which I currently endorse, although I cannot be perfect in this.
